The "Nuclear Structure and Astrophysical Applications" (NSAA_2017) meeting will be held at the University of Milano. We plan to cover different topics with special emphasis on energy density functionals and extensions, nuclear astrophysics applications and pairing correlations. One of the sessions of this meeting will be in honor of Xavier Viñas (University of Barcelona) who will retire next September.
The venue will be at Sala Malliani, located in the central building of our university at Via Festa del Perdono 7.
We will not request any registration fee and we will not be able to provide travel and accommodation support. We advise the participants to book the accommodation and travel at their earliest convenience, noting that the venue is in the center of the city, so availability of places and prices will depend on tourist affluence in this period.
