The training of young scientists represents one of the most important engagements of our collaboration. Several members teach nuclear physics courses in their Universities or are supervisors of Master and Ph.D students.

Some members are participate in the Organization Committee of the School Frontiers in Nuclear and Hadronic Physics held every year at the Galileo Galilei Institute in Florence . Every third year (most recently in 2021), the School focuses on subjects strongly connected with the activity of MONSTRE. Lectures are recorded and are available.
