Hi Angela,
    Here is the graph of FWHM vs. J. The figure shows the Kusnezov
parameterization, a calculation for 208Pb with shell corrections, and a
liquid-drop calculation for 200Pb. The thermal fluctuation calculations show
a little stronger behavior as a function of J than does Kusnezov. The
difference between the two thermal fluctuations calculations is due to the
shell corrections making the FWHM just a bit smaller at J=0.
